At the end of our summer break, we went and visited Joanna's friends in New Jersey and Connecticut. They were amazing hosts and we enjoyed spending time with both of them and their families.

The Red Mill in Clinton, New Jersey. It was built in 1810. So cool!

Still on the river. It was a beautiful, hot, and muggy evening.

What an amazing old tree. We couldn't stop staring at the reflection.

We were with Joanna's high school friend Andra and her husband Patrick.

Joanna and Andra!

On our way to Connecticut, we stopped at the United States Military Academy at West Point. It overlooks the Hudson River.

Not a lot of pictures from Connecticut. We were supposed to go to a minor league baseball game but we ended up having bad thunderstorms with heavy rain that we decided to go to dinner at Shady Glen. Can't beat a good burger!

Joanna's college friend, Linda and family. We went to Brendan's favorite childhood restaurant!
